Accepted payment methods
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Card payments are processed through Stripe. A payment method is available only where it is actually displayed for your order.
Prices and currency
The checkout identifies the transaction currency, goods total, delivery and applicable taxes before you confirm payment. A bank or card issuer may charge its own currency conversion fees. Do not treat a displayed currency symbol as confirmation of a different settlement currency.
Payment issues
If payment fails, check the billing details or contact your card issuer. If you suspect a duplicate charge, contact hello@pickancart.com with the order reference. Never email your full card number, security code or password.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. See Returns & Refunds for eligibility and statutory deadlines. Bank processing time may vary.
