Where do you deliver?
To eligible addresses in the UK, USA and Canada. Availability depends on the item and destination.
How much is shipping?
UK: £4.55 per order. USA: US$9.99 per order. Canada: the equivalent of US$9.99 per order. The final checkout currency and amount are shown before payment.
When will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery is 1–6 working days including processing, where this service is available. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are excluded. Check any product-specific information before ordering.
Can items arrive separately?
Yes. Different fulfilment partners may send separate parcels.
How do I request a return or cancellation?

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
Contact us with details and, where possible, photos. PickanCart covers reasonable necessary return shipping for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
