Delivery destinations
We offer delivery to eligible addresses in the United Kingdom, United States and Canada, subject to availability for the selected product and address.
Standard delivery charges
- United Kingdom: £4.55 per order.
- United States: US$9.99 per order.
- Canada: the equivalent of US$9.99 per order, not CA$9.99.
The checkout shows the shipping charge and currency payable before you place your order. If a different checkout currency is used, the conversion and final amount must be displayed before payment. Any applicable address or product restrictions must be shown before purchase; we do not add undisclosed delivery supplements after purchase.
Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery is 1–6 working days from placing your order, including processing, where this service is available for the product and destination. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. This estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date. Any different product-specific estimate is shown before purchase.
Separate parcels and updates
Items may be dispatched by different fulfilment partners and arrive separately. Tracking information will be shared where available. Contact hello@pickancart.com with your order number if your delivery is delayed, missing or damaged.
Delays
We will explain material delays and offer the options required by applicable law, including cancellation and refund where appropriate. For UK orders, goods will be delivered within 30 days unless a different period is agreed. For US orders, if we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will seek your consent to the delay or refund the unshipped goods as required by law.
Customs and import charges
Applicable duties and import taxes are included in the total shown at checkout. We aim to arrange delivery with no additional import charges payable on arrival. The final charges and applicable delivery arrangements are shown before you place your order. Contact hello@pickancart.com if a carrier requests an unexpected import payment so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate resolution.
